Trading convoys universe wide are refusing to dock, instead cluttering traffic at every station. Intra-system travel has become increasingly diffiicult due to the number of idle ships. When interviewed, one UIT pilot had this to say "We're all worried about the new laws concerning friendly fire. It sounds like members of our very own nation will have the right to shoot at us and get away scotch-free up to three times every two weeks. That's just not fair."

This is not the first time trade convoys have collectively boycotted in this manner, in fact today's protest would be the third time this month. Just how long the traders plan to burden the universe has not been determined.
