my opinion on CLM is that they are the more reasonable and respectable people/guild in the game. I've dealt with plenty of guilds and people in my time and vendetta and CLM for me is on the top. Most of the people in the guild who do not follow under this are alts from different guilds.

We are pirates, and because of this we don't follow a lot of rules.

1) Some targets dont deserve a hail (see KOS sheet, but that can also be personal, you can have a friend on this list)- but please, hail anyone you are going to shoot with your version of *Jettison your cargo, or you will be shot at!!* - unless of course it is an arranged fight. If they have no cargo, more fool them, if they jettison aquean ore they need killing as fast as possible (no mission ingame asks for this, they are trying to make fun of you)

2) CTC-This is a personal choice, unless we get payed a substantial amount to help one side or another, you can choose if you want to participate or not.

3) You have fun. But stick to rule 1 if nothing else.

4) Don't run from something you start. This is considered bad form and very much against CLM policy.

5) NO SWARMS. If someone swarms you, then you can grab some and swarm that person back. But all in all, dont use them, they are lame and if your in CLM you are not lame. Using them against bots is ok, using them in BP is ok, using them in PvP...is NOT ok.

6) Keep an eye on our KOS and Protection List. Protected players are just that, they pay us to not pirate them, and in some cases may ask for our help, since they are paying us lets help them when possible ok?

7) You are a member of CLM, your actions reflect not only on you but on the guild as a whole, on this note, maintain honor and dignity in all things you do.

To clarify one point, I did give BG express permission a while back to use swarms or whatever against Temmin and Jess. They were being annoying and using swarms and Lmines. If you will read the Code that Jess so thoughtfully posted here, it says if they are used against you you can use them. Our new recruits are as Trail said, learning and may very well be seen in moths at times..as any of us do when we are building faction. Why this seems strange to people makes no sense to me..

We ARE pirates, we strive to maintain honor and adhere to the code we agreed upon. Those who talk about us are either upset because someone pirated/killed them or because they just have no idea on what is going on. You dont like us? fine, this isnt a popularity contest.

Jess is a whiner and an instigator who lives to stir up stuff. This all started because I asked him nicely in private, the other day to please stop insulting CLM as a whole because of the actions of one. He then proceeded to post this thread.

If you read what I posted Jess, I gave BG the go ahead to treat you the way you were acting. Denying you a kill after you swarming and running as well as interfering in fights is part of that.

Jess... im not saying they are better because of what they do as a guild but because they keep their word and are honest. Its funny that all these other people dont like CLM when those guilds do exactly the same things on alts or even worse...

basically what i think mystic is trying to tell you jess (or do you prefer Bess? i keep seeing people refer to you as Jess) is that rules 1 4 5 and 7 dont apply to bg when hes dealing with you. or atleast thats how it read to me.

This thread has got nothing to do with CLM, and more about CLM pilots assisting me. Well, I am not the founder of CLM, (you all thought I was huh?) But I think I speak for him when I say...

...In a pirate guild, there maybe some rules, but you are a pirate, errm, it even states in the rules a big loop hole, you can have in yer own personal KOS list any person you like, if someone pisses you off enough, feel free to treat em as they do you.

Yoda: That is slander, pure in simple. I run when I have ctc cargo or trading. I don't run when i start a fight or agree to fight. If i run from pirates what have I done wrong? Being attacked while I trade is not my problem but theres. Yes i might fire some swarms in their general direction to confuse them a little while i make my escape. But we both know those weapons shouldn't(don't) hit a good pirate.

Also take a look at my death count. I usually just die anyway. I don't warp out when i'm at 10% or out of ammo. I just die.

When I'm planing to do pvp i rarely have swarms at all.

Unless you plan on sneaking up on me, of course.

Jess, how about 2 days ago when you was re-warping in and out of Jallik and Edras and firing swarms? Want me to post logs? Well, you ran away every time, you may have got some kills, but you died while docking, then didnt come back as much.

[ONE] is a joke, and should be treated as such. He fired first then ran, thats what you call a runner Foo, not someone you fire swarms at ;)
