First order of business is I would like to thank Miexon for allowing me into the guild.

Second, and currently most important, at the time I left ITG it was for no other reason than to have a more active guild base to fly with. I still concider Cranston Gorky and Silent~wave my partners. Saying that I will still be helping Cranston to make regular payments to ITG investors that are due dividends. I believe this is the right thing for me to do as I still believe in the system that I helped to set in place. So as long as it does not interfere with any of my new guild responsiblities you may still contact me ingame to recieve information on current dividend payments.

Until such time as Cranston decides that my assistance is no longer needed I will be there to aid in any way I can.

This serves to inform the VO universe that I have also resigned from ITG, leaving my position as Lieutenant of Commerce and as a guild member. Since I took charge of the dividend payments to shareholders, I hereby make a standing offer to Toshiro, Miharu and Edari to buy their ITG shares at face value. I will also pay any dividends due these three up to September 1st. Mr. Bean has already refused my offer to buy and must see Silent~Wave from henceforth for his dividends.

I enjoyed my ITG experience and look forward to flying solo for a while, until such time as I start my own guild dedicated to finding a habitable planet for the citizens of the UIT or until I receive a sufficiently intriguing offer to join another guild.
