Lecter's just .. well.. he's Lecter. I find many of his posts to be quite hilarious actually. Yes, he can be a crass, crotchety S.O.B, but hey.. he's -supposed- to be the bad guy. I may be reading more into his posts than most, but I find he's usually attempting to be over-the-top on purpose, attempting to piss someone off, in order to make them lost their temper at him. Even if he doesn't mean it the way I take it, I still laugh to myself at those foolish enough to react.

genka on the otherhand, is just an annoying little *-self-censored-* that does nothing but spam useless crap all over the place, and I find little use for him.

I think you could describe both genka and Lecter like that break19, although I think Lecter believes what he's saying more, and genka is just going out to piss people off more. And Leber, I think trolley was being sarcastic.
