No offence, but I don't think there are 9 people out there who will stay with your guild and be committed, considering the amount of people who play.
There are other (slightly less specific) options out there.

thanks, slime. I really only need 6 to stop the guild from collapsing, I'd rather try to make my own guild and have it fail than join another one right now.

Um... here's one. You claim to be a pirating guild on behalf of the Itani nation... yet you kill players with higher Itani standing than you... Hypocracy? Not that it matters, but from a purely RP point of view... makes no sense.

Oh, and for those who are not in such high Itani standing: You pirate in zones where you can kill others and not lose faction, but the opposite is not true... kind of lame. It's like staying in the safe zone during a game of tag.
