Twas bored, so made a few changes....

1) Some targets don't deserve a hail. Some of them individual members just hate. Some of them we all hate. If you didn't get a hail and are confused, feel free to ask a high-up why. If you jettisoned Aquean ore to try and get us to go away, that'd do it... we're no fools.

2) We look out for each other's business and profits. That's how it is.

3) We hate rules. Don't expect us to abide by anyone's but our selves', and the rulings of the commander and her trustees.
