PvP Training Session today at 23:00GMT. Hosted by VPR.
Today VPR will be hosting an open-to-the-public PVP training session at 23:00GMT (19:00EST). The event will take place somewhere in Grey. Please message a Viper in-game for the exact location.
VPR will (as always) be offering free escorts to the training site in case pirates attempt to blockade travel through Grey. Also: make sure to home near the training site!
While we will be training any and all who come, license levels of 4/4/4 or above are preferred. Topics to be covered are: Dodging energy weps, flare-dodging, distance-control, attack strategies, and fighting light attack fighters (if we have time we might get to fighting heavy assaults as well). Those short on cash may receive small stipends to pay for ships and weapons.
The instructors so far: Strat, Ishathis Bessuni, Atice, Jenn Danthar.

Even if I was as bad a pilot now as you used to be, Strat, I have two solid years of not playing to blame for my rusty condition. And I'm still nowhere near that bad.
Rust comes off fast, as I know from experience--something you're still largely lacking. But you're not getting any better than you are now.
Think where you are is really good enough to give me a run for my money after I get my bearings back? Because losing to a rusty Lecter would be pretty embarrasing.

Heh. You're just mad because Jenn blew up your corvult using his vult3 last night, over and over. I saw the fights. They were short. No backrolling involved. He is just really good and is easily able to kill you.
