Basic Rules
- Only those who are on-time are allowed to participate.
- Participants must be on their nation's team unless they can make a claim to be unaligned in which case they may choose to fight for Grey.
- Teller-Ulam mines, and pet bots are not allowed.
- You may not start fighting until I signal the start of the battle.
- You may not return to the battle sector after you have left except to observe from a healthy distance in a bus.
- No running from the asteroid field.
- No restart if bots appear in sector.

Heh, fun NW, I liked it. I remember myself sitting on juicy Gerty's X-1 tail and lowering his armor till 26%. I already saw him eliminated. Bad luck for me I didn't watch my own back and was stabbed by UIT team forces, with Kosmel's final shot for me.

And lmines, concs, proxmines, are they allowed?
I remember NWs with lmines banned. :)

I remember NWs with lmines banned. :)
I think lmines and swarms were originally banned because they were laggy, but since the good people at Guild have fixed that, it isn't an issue. There was a debate about whether these were fair or not, and I believe the verdict was that they were legitimate support weapons with trade-offs (Mine layers and swarm platforms go down quickly in any furball I've been in) especially since people cannot run for reloads in NW.
Just that I don't think anyone's used em in NW yet, I guess because it's a risky job.
