Correct, Strat has the title now if I remember correct. I held the title of the most player kills for a long while but got bored because it seemed like i was fighting the same person no matter how many different pilots I fought. And there was a point where no one could defeat me to which in a matter of a month or so I began my forseable decline. Such is the unfortunate destination of the better combat veteran in this game I have noticed. A trend I followed like the rest.

I still fly around the game every now and then, but for the most part I'm too busy to play anymore and I've lost interest. The possible merc work is the only thing that might make it fun again.

Oh come on Mecha, fighting me was never normal with you! I actually got bored just before you came along, but still kept my ingame shit fun! Remember that time you defended Chi when she was homed in an Itani station that I could miraculously get my standing back fast at? Never seen a VPR or even ITAN (I was a Serco in Itani space) step up like that. Now I killed her, but it was inevitable, you could not have stopped it, but you tried.

Thats what made you fun, yer big ego. I just feel you got a bit beat down when players learned to counter your combat binds.

"combat binds" lol!

Now that is a clever joke that made me laugh irl or you're serious which makes me sad. I hate binds about as much as I hate plugins and thats a lot.

But yes, you are right yoda. I had a lot of fun doing that, the clever and diabolical opposition is fun. You have pointed out to me that this is what the game is perhaps missing. It's like the game made their own geneva convention while I wasn't looking, or maybe I didn't get an invite (haha!).

It is the lack of intensity and ironically, honor in the game that has beat me down. Now when I say honor I don't mean "you didn't hail!" carebear crap. I mean true honor, the kind where a warrior understands he does whatever it takes to defend whatever it is he is defending and that fleeing is simply not an option even when facing impossible odds. Why? Because the warrior does not step down, He only keeps stepping it up, even if he dies he is going to take out as many as he can dying. Thats what made my combat fun, I am too stubborn to shut up or stop firing. It also attributed to my abilities eventually. War makes a warrior hardened and he naturally gets better at war.

Problem now, is that most people don't care, everybody sits in b-8 and does nothing all day like it is some spectator sport. Sure I spent time in b-8 in between conflicts and engagements, but really it was those conflicts that got my blood flowing, it didn't matter where they were, in fact that was one of the best parts because I knew that I might have to literally fly all the way around the galaxy during the battle. If it was only like this again, then I would enjoy vo. But there is no one to "step up to" and no one stepping up.

I could always count on you yoda to make conflict enjoyable, no matter what character I was playing ;)
