Announcing the Merger of CHRN and VPR
Effective immediately, CHRN and VPR will begin pooling their forces for the greater good of Greyspace. Though we have seen our share of differences in the past, we believe that there is a certain amount of common ground which can allow us to work together for the benefit of all. For example, as of late VPR has been severely understaffed and underskilled to provide effective protection from pirates. By joining with CHRN, they will have additional highly trained fighters at their disposal. On the other side of the coin, CHRN members will have additional freedom to act without being reported and harassed on those rare occasions when they would have crossed paths with a VPR, and will be able to further increase their hold on trade in Greyspace.
The new CHPR organization will provide mandatory escorts of traders through Greyspace, and to cover the administrated costs of these escorts and the merger, they will ask small tolls of the escortee. Failure to pay the toll and comply with the escort will be interpreted as a hostile act and you will be eliminated for the safety of our fellow residents of Greyspace. Any cargo may be confiscated.
Please note that unsanctioned piracy within Greyspace will not be tolerated. All pirates who are not members of CHPR will be required to pay a 20% tax on their plundering and a 13% tax on their extortion (reported using form 2173-p), or be faced with our wrath. If you suspect a pirate is not complying with regulations, report him/her/it to channel 4357.
Also be warned that CHPR takes a firm stance on "griefing". We feel that griefing is an action that should be kept to nation space unless properly regulated. Anybody outside the cozy arms of CHRP will be required to fill out and submit form 5266-i (or 5266-g if you want to apply on behalf of your entire guild) at least 48 hours before a desired instance of griefing in Greyspace. Failure to comply will result in termination.
If you are interested in joining the new CHPR, please contact one of our members in-game. We are currently still negotiating the merging of our guild websites, so applications must be processed in-game for now.

Have we figured out the fee for griefing yet? Do we want to give them carte blanche for a period of time, or require a separate application for each player or guild they want to grief?
Does this mean Phlegethon's Get will grow another eye?
meow
I always knew it would end this way
Best post ever.
