Both the upcoming CTF and Capship Slugfest are scheduled to happen at the same time. It would be nice if one could be pushed forward or back a couple hours so we can do both.

Also, they are both giving 1970 as the year, which of course throws off the day of the week and confuses people...

the time entry is borked. I had noticed the CTF event was the wrong day of the week for the Jan 1 2012, then I chose Friday Dec 30, 2011 in the drop-down menu for the cappie event. got that 1970 date. I had to run so I didn't have time to post the bug till now.

The Cappie event is Friday 12/30 20:00 UTC (2pm PST if I do all my math right).

That would be 12:00 PM PST, and 3:00 PM EST.

So when will the CTF event be?

CTF is Dec 31 at 2:00 AM GMT, which is Dec 30 at 9:00 PM EST.

So if you're in America, you've got both events tomorrow (Friday). Cappies in the noon/afternoon, and CTF six hours later, in the evening.
