The 359th Nation War will take place Sunday, May 12 at 2100 UTC/5PM Eastern. The prize is not yet determined, but will be no less than 30 million credits.

Standard rules apply:

We start ON TIME and will not wait for anyone barring extraordinary circumstances.
If you die or leave the sector, you're out.
You must fight for your own nation. No grey team this week. If you don't identify with any nation, you must fight for the nation the game thinks you are.
No fighting in-sector prior to the host's announcing the start of the event.
You may return to observe in an EC-89.
No capships unless every team intends to bring one. Post here if you'd like to bring one.

This week was a bit of an oddity. A very large and well-equipped (including Patrizio's Trident, initially) Itani team appeared, but there were only a handful of UIT and Serco pilots. After some discussion and no objection, we decided on a free-for-all last-person-standing event.

After much fighting and at least a bit of running away, it came down to Niki, Iry, Vigilance and spidey, all in 2-port Centurions. Niki and spidey were eliminated. Iry and Vigilance dueled furiously at a distance of 250-300m until Vigilance suffered a lag spike and took a couple hits. Iry walked away with the 50 million credit prize.
