The 374th Nation War was held Sunday at 2100 GMT in Sedina D-2. The participating teams were Itani, Serco, and UIT, Grey did not participate. All weapons and ships were allowed.

An excellent turn out this round, twenty-five (25) total. Despite this nation war allowing tridents, only the Itani risked one of their own, piloted by ARF_01. Hot pursuit for the lonely trident right from the start, a chaotic display of missiles and blaster fire. Itani, Serco, and UIT tangled around the trident, either dodging missiles or marking targets of opportunity.

As time went on, the Itani trident was worse for wear limping below fifty percent (50%) hull integrity. At this point an account from the pilot, ARF_01, shed light on the system overload happening within the trident, turrets locked up, docks were sealed, and pilot controls made useless. The trident's saving grace was a quick thinking pilot with a Plan B, onboard the trident was a teleportation device of some type. Within an instant the trident disappeared leaving empty space in its wake and support fighter craft.

Even with the trident gone, the remaining Itani put in for a good fight with the Serco and UIT. A hard fight at the end with one (1) Itani versus two (2) UIT. In the end UIT won the round. Congratulations to the UIT's victory, may your ships be full and spacelanes clear. Good fights all around.

It's plain and has no music so it doesn't get banned from mobile YouTube, but here was NW from my perspective... which was pretty LagFagStick from where I was sitting. It wasn't until the end when there was no capship, no swarms, no shield turrets, or basically no anything possibly special in any way that the lag finally eased up for me.

Yeah, I logged off while stuck in an empty Gemini turret. Nobody could dock or undock. I suppose I should have tried /gunner kick to save Zok but /logoff worked too. :(

That was fun to watch. I found myself trying to move the reticule trying to go after people, and cheering myself on when I was in the action. Thanks for recording that!

Nyscersul was destroyed twice?

Looks like Nyscersul did not understand that you couldn't come back to fight again. Someone mention this to him/her.

Or the fact Nyscersul was killed by Xihucoatl the second time could indicate that Xihucoatl likes to pop spectators, hence the whole "keep a safe distance" suggestion would deter such misfortune.

EDIT: And, to clarify Nyscersul has played in multiple Nation Wars, they are familiar with the rules.

EDIT+: Or Nyscersul and Xihucoatl were both out of the round by that time and it was Nyscersul being destroyed in another sector while in the original group.

Yes I believe Nyscersul was fighting in another sector from the 100 chat that was going on, NW lasted near 20 min so those out had plenty of time to find other things to do.
