TGFT Struggle Under Pressures of Recent War

In light of recent Global Channel conversations, UniverseNews has procured recent information that The Guild of Free Traders' [TGFT] members are not being told who and what they are hostile with.
This has led to recent outrage among [TGFT] Members, one "H.Hornblower" expressing his confusion on Global Channel. He is reported to have labelled [SKV] and select [Itan] members as "griefers" under the recently announced [SKV]-[TGFT] war. "just steer clear of griefer guild SKV", H.Hornblower is reported to have said, after heated debates on Global Channel.
UniverseNews has also obtained rare information from inside TGFT HQ, that members who verbally challenge the leadership have been expelled. After recent attacks on several [SKV] and [Itan] members using the "vote mute" method, [TGFT] have also been placed on KOS by high-ranking [Itan] members.
Despite warnings on Global Channel, H.Hornblower remains defiant and claims that [TGFT] has not deserved this [war].
Estrian Prosis, a Council-member of the Coalition of Itan, is one of few [Itan] members who have placed TGFT on KOS following the "vote mute" attacks. He has described the attacks as a "blatant abuse of guild numbers, and measures that were intended for anti-abuse." He went on to say, "Until the TGFT Leadership publicly apologises for this abuse of game mechanics, they will remain KOS to me. This was unwarranted, and uncalled for."
The IRC network currently being run by Mr. Prosis was also reported to have been affected by this "vote mute" attack by [TGFT].
Commander of [TGFT], Ecka Estenk has stated in internal Guild Communications that "SKV vote muted kbireta yesterday , just to be nasty. This is us showing we can mute them anytime we choose."
[SKV] replied by stating that "kbireta was out of line, and we did not have the numbers to mute him, the Vendetta community had been fed up with his constant idiocy on public chat".
[TGFT] have been the center of several contentious topics in recent times, including non-disclosure of data collection in a public application, which tarnished their image in early April. Has [TGFT] gone too far and ruined their public image forever?
