We noticed that you killed one of our members "Beda" without his/her knowledge there was going to be pvp, a serco trader just passing ukari and Nick cage I believe blew up his ship. Now I have read the description of the "shadow guardians" and you don't fight for genocide or nationalism you fight in self defense, this was not self defense you boomed one of our traders. Let's solve this diplomatically, I will protect my fellow guild mates at any cost and you blew him up without his/her knowledge or consent.
We wish to solve this matter without violence. Thank you.

SKV doesn't respond to diplomacy or resolutions absent violence. Unless you can amass a larger online presence with more skilled fighters.... then they might.

If they make a code, I find it unfair that they will dishonor it.

Description of our guild states that we fight to defend Itani nation against Serco Dominion.

SKV pilots are required to engage and eliminate hostiles according to our ROE (Rules Of Engagement). Those rules are public knowledge and also available in written form on our ROE website public page.

Your member "Beda" was shot because he is Serco national with Itani hate standing.

After he was shot he made a number of inappropriate comments and accusations on VO public channel and his status has now been moved to permanent KOS regardless of his possible future 'dislike' or 'neutral' standing with the Itani nation.

Furthermore, GoG has no agreement with SKV about acknowledging their 'neutral' status in the galaxy and due to aforementioned actions of your member, any possibility of reaching such an agreement is void.

they follow a simple tactic. they blast some innocent serco trader of a new guild. he gets upset and since hes probably also young questions their action. then they say "ohh you insulted us now your whole guild is KOS". done. now they have a whole new group of easy PKs to farm. and if they are asked they can always justify it with a nice story!

Guilds that SKV acknowledges as neutral such as TRI & INV can attest that we keep our word and do not shoot neutrals.

There was no mention of GoG getting KOS status with SKV anywhere in my previous statement (contrary to Clarisses claims and unfounded accusations).

Permanent KOS is only applied to your member "Beda".
All other members of your guild who do not have Itani hate standing will not be shot at unless their actions provoke our armed response.

In general, Serco with Itani nation 'dislike' standing will not be shot at unless his actions provoke our armed response.

However, if that Serco pilot is on our KOS list, KOS status with SKV takes precedence regardless of Itani standing status.

Just because SKV kills certain traders who don't want to be killed does not make them pirates, ClarenceC. There are numerous other terms which may be used to describe hostiles besides "pirate". In the case of SKV, more accurate terms include extremists, radicals, terrorists, and baby-eating-monsters.

Hi there! ARF_01, Lieutenant of the Coalition of Itan chiming in just to let you know, SKV isn't all you have to worry about:

There's a war going on between the Itani and Serco and we're part of it.

We don't care if you profess to be "traders" or "peaceful" if you're Serco or otherwise Itani-hated, expect to get shot at by us. If you have a problem with that you can:

- Get better Itani standing. >= -200 if you really want to not push your luck.
- Avoid war zones. Peacecful traders have no business being in a war zone. They're all pretty well-known, including CtC routes (announced on ch201 and ch202), blockades (Ukari A-10 and Edras I-2), and most of Deneb.
- Try a diplomatic approach to get yourself not shot at. EMS, TRI, and TGFT all did this. This option usually requires some kind of mutually beneficial agreement since we like having enemies around to shoot at.
- Stop whining and fight back. Nowhere is safe in Vendetta. If you just complain about it that's a good way to get the rest of your guild on a KOS list.
