Scout Report: New Guild

Friendly Neighborhood Trade Guild(FNTG) is a new guild whose chartered activities are: trading between stations, selling products to other players, mining, hive combat, Deneb, queen hunting, Capture the Cargo(CtC), and manufacturing. They currently enjoy guild wide warranty for safe passage with Family Galactic Travel(FAMY) and conquerable station access by their current owners Skygge Vakter(SKV). This guild is now believed to be founded by a seasoned third party not affiliated with the SKV-FAMY-ITAN axis and is recommended to novice pilots seeking to explore the non-combat aspects of the VO universe.
As recently has yesterday a FNTG pilot was attacked by an SKV pilot, calling into question the integrity of SKV's command & control structure. It remains to be seen how this ultra-nationalist guild rationalizes granting station access to a guild inclusive of Sercos. As always, FAMY is honoring their temporary Non-Aggression Pact and is expected to, so long as payment is rendered.
Estrian Prosis of the Coalition of Itan(ITAN) has indicated he will allow passage through Sedina B8 only to non-Serco members provided their nation stations reflect a subjective Itani leaning. Even then it is recommended that FNTG pilots maintain an appropriately reverent tone on global net 100, as even the smallest verbal slight have been known to provoke hostilities.
FNTG's founder/commander flies under the call sign "Bubba Lovesponge." The two Lieutenants, "Graeco" and "Larxis" can act as recruiters and should be contacted for inquiries. They are not known to have any technological trading capabilities or advanced mining surveys. They are regarded as neutral and an excellent starter guild for novice pilots. This is acceptable if the Pilot was a Serco.
FNTG pretty much allows Nationalism whilst keeping their Neutrality (which -in my point of view- is hard to maintain if you allow Nationalism in a Neutral Trade Guild)

Note: I don't speak for BOAT on this one.

According to their charter, they are quite aware that their members engaging in Deneb & ctc will be targeted and shot. SKV is fine with this, we will eliminate anyone caught redhanded but we will also allow them to do their friendly neighborhood trading activities without interfering.
If actions of a FNTG pilot, that has allegedly been shot by SKV, provoked SKV armed response it is unfortunate but still within our policy regarding FNTG activities.

Under highest licence 3 players will not be shot as a courtesy irrespective of nations and standings.
This means I allow all members to pass though so long as their Itani standing isn't terrible.
This would also be true for TGFT but your refusal to issue an apology on the leadership front is calling into question your ability to keep your newbs safe. TGFT values being a stubborn git over doing something to protect your guild. Figures.

TGFT After Action Report:
TGFT pilot 'Grizzly SpaceBear' reported contact with FAMY pilot in Odia System. TGFT pilots 'Galanoth' and 'Ason' arrived and reinforced. FAMY pilot did not break contact and faired poorly until second FAMY pilot and FAMY CO arrived in sector. Using explosive ordinance TGFT pilots pressured enemy to relocate to system wormhole. Despite a protracted engagement at a neutral sector, FAMY faired no better and their CO broke contact. Estimated KIA to FAMY: 15 with 5-6 TGFT KIA. FAMY pilot was so impressed with valor of 'Grizzly SpaceBear' he promised 48 hours safe passage in recognition of martial prowess.
TGFT Pilot 'Galanoth' engaged Big Red One[ONE] pilot in honor duel but was ambushed by second ONE pilot. Despite this honor violation, TGFT pilot emerged victorious. Of note is the energy weapons used by TGFT pilot were neutron blasters mkiis, whereas ONE weapons were law enforcement neutron blasters.

FAMY has declared de facto war on TGFT pilots by refusing to accept warranty payments. Where as TGFT pilots have always been free to engage, flee, or pay known hostiles as decided by the individual. It as if a personal vendetta overrides the larger profit motive.
ONE has been approached to declare a truce so as to focus on our common enemy, but to no effect. It seems as if ONE is content to divide their limited forces amongst two fronts and perform poorly, rather the focus their efforts against their aged old enemy.
So be it. Let it be known that The Guild of Free Traders will engage in offensive military actions against those deemed potentially hostile. We are traders first and foremost, but not afraid to defend the safe passage of all trade lanes.

RED isn't at war with TGFT, they're just a declared Itani supporter guild which are KOS pilot discretionary. The fact that they're now at war with the same people they used to be supporters of is their own stupid doing.
The fact is that attempts at diplomacy with TGFT were such a souring experience I'd be unlikely to ever attempt it again. I know dirty was similarly soured by the experience so he feels the same way.

Indeed he dueled very well and did win that engagement and was so acknowledged for his skill. We give credit where credit is due regardless of current relations with any guild.

Capt. Tighpants, this is Galanoth and your version is correct. Ithink Hornblower misunderstood my report regarding the situation. We all make mistakes, no harm done. Though I was practically ganked the first fight by A-Dawg in the middle of the duel. All excuses aside you are a fair fightr.
Hoban has always been a fair fighter based on my experience and has improved. I enjoy our interactions. The only unfair thing he ever did was put me on ignore for roleplaying my role.
