I wasn't really thinking in terms of organization. With TRI's stance on professionalism and neutrality, and it has proven itself to take those things uber-seriously, I would think (for the purpose of this meme) that it'd see TGFT as a guild filled with immature individuals getting into fights that they really shouldn't. Hence the kids getting into a food fight.

For the record, TGFT used to be so much better with professionalism (although neutrality was never really their strong suit, crying to the Itanis to protect them from pirates and serco nationalists). Things kind of got on a downward spiral lately in TGFT, I think you'd agree with this.

Even if you don't agree with a single one, they are understandable to everyone that plays VO, which is what makes this such a great meme.

The professionalism that I've experienced while dealing with TGFT has always been something I admired about them. TRI is hardly a threat to TGFT in any way, so I can see how we've not had the misfortune of being on the opposite end of that spectrum.

But I do agree that some of their members were allowed to "throw food" at other people.

That really disappointed me.

I firmly believe that TGFT is responsible for many new players sticking with VO, which (in my opinion) is what all guild leadership should strive for. I know that they don't care about it, but their negative reputation among the VO community as a whole will prevent them from having as positive of an impact on new player retention as they once had.

Yes, it is unfortunate that joylessjoker hasn't been removed from these forums. It is not so much the content of the meme that is offensive, but rather the wound-poking he can't resist doing. This is the purest definition of a troll, and not someone we need around in my opinion.

I'm not defending joylessjoker because he really is an intentional troller, but that meme was fucking funny.

In the end, joylessjoker's opinion of how TGFT views themselves is accurate.
