What is a nightmares?

A nightmares is the plural of a nightmare. As for what a nightmare is, well, imagine you are walking around on the clouds. It's a nice sunny day, everything is fine, but you're kind of bored. Then you come across a stairway in the clouds leading down into their dark, fluffy depths. So you start climbing down the stairs. Some distance in you find a landing, and set into the right wall of the landing are the vertical bars of a jail cell. Though the bars you see an inside-out bear with blood and gore dripping off him. The bear looks at you and frowns before speaking in a sad, raspy voice. "You shouldn't be here. The witch will get you too...." He trails off as a terrible cackling echoes up from further down the stairs, and it's getting louder. Then you wake up and maybe cry a little.
