Tonight a tragic event occured. The developers must have accidently forgotten to turn off the operation commands again. It was the "honorable elite" guild SKV who took their chance to abuse this trick to warp around the universe, shamefully exploiting this loophole. Read the official chatlogs:

Trader Establishment Inc. is shocked. SKV - whos commander bojansplash does not get tired to see foul play at every corner to condon it - has exploited this loophole. We are wondering what consequences this will have. If SKV really wants to keep their moral image alive, they will have no choice but to kick this offender out of their guild.

This is not at all how "devwarp" works.

In addition, all uses of this sort of command are automagically emailed to Incarnate.

Of course we know that Whistler. That 100 chat and subsequent posts here were for kicks & giggles.

As a mere players we use a form of instant traveling that can be 'interpreted' as a kind of a devwarp.

Say you home at Latos N-15 TPG station. You shoot a guard and let the SF kill you.
You are automatically rehomed in Itani capitol station and, if you are lucky you respawn in Eo.
Ta-da - 'devwarp'.

Another form of player version of 'devwarp' we used when CTC was at it's peak - homing in Sedina and doing the /explode command after you deliver CTC cargo to Divinia M-14.

Go figure - traveling without moving. :)

Disclaimer: this player style devwarp is not for the pk/death ratio obsessed players. It can seriously deflate your ego.

Some of the wifi/mobile players have been documented teleporting as well, just much shorter distances.

Who knows how far they'll be able to go eventually with future VR updates.

Sure, and I use a form of traveling when I visit the grocery store which can be "interpreted" as a kind of airplane. But it's really just a pickup truck, and this sort of interpreting is called "mental illness", so we should probably be "concerned" about anybody who actually "interprets" things in that "way".
