Does this mean Lazy's out?

Did Lazy gave you permission to take over in his place? Because if not, ripping off his series is kind of extremely non-cool. I mean, if you want to do your own talk show in that style, that's fine, but don't call it literally the same thing as his unless he's agreed to share it.

I would suggest calling it Blaqk Talk, or perhaps Blaqk Talk Boom if you want it to be more blatant.

Hopefully you've had his permission. It's a pretty audacious move to outright rob someone of their own hard work and intellectual property for yourself. The least you can do is call it something else and not hijack someone's own personal passion project for your own.
