Yeah. Nithandreal overpriced FFSA and FCP there. Generally his list is weird as heck. Selling some parts lately I've gotten into the business again. Let me tell you my prices and why I think they are that way:

DBHA - 75m-90m (They contain 2x IBA, but are less a hassle than EHA theirself.)
Engines - 25m-40m (Yeah I know. But let's be honest... They're easily build.)
EPA - 45m-55m (NO clue why Nithandreal put them at 110m lol. They only have 1 IBA in there.)
The Computer - 90m-100m (Nithandreal is right here. Tough job building it. Deserves the money.)
EHA 80m-100m (They're still the most annoying part since you need 8...)
IBA 35m-45m (Need 8 of those 2+ ALL the ones that go into the DBHA, EPA, EHA)
RB 8m-10m
MCA 1,5m (Nithandreal overrated them. The only annoying thing is that you can only build 10 per day.)
FCP 450k (1m? Are you nuts?)
FFSA 550k (100k more cause hauling all that SS into C12 is annoying)
Milanar Data Aggregator - 15m-40m (Really depends on the other guy and if I wanna sell cheap)
Milanar Nodule - 200k max. (I wish they sold for more haha.)
Samoflange 10m-15m
SSS 20k-25k

That are the rates I think the Trident Type M components have. If you calculate it all together, a TTM will cost about 1,8 billion credits at the current rates. Most likely you will pay 2 billion to honor the other guys effort to transfer all of it to you and cause dude... he is giving you a Trident!
I know people will claim other numbers, but do the math yourself. It's only 1,7b. MAYBE 1,8 if you use the highest values. Heh.

So why did people use to call the Trident 3b-5b you ask? Good questions indeed. The answer is simple. The prices for the parts massively dropped since there's more active builders and people with Tridents already. In the times where there were like 40 TTMs TOTAL in VO, prices were way better. I still remember selling EHA at 190m the piece! Good times.

Yeah, was just giving an opinion and starting point. Sieger list is way more accurate.

Just to save face a bit: I had been looking at 2 pylons when figuring the price, just forgot to divide the total.

The Fcp and ffssa also were in error as my prices were based on buying the Fcp in Pel and ffssa in lat (so hauling fees included)

I reserve the right to have lists that are weird as heck, as I am both weird, and generally am only selling dent parts back to their previous owners after a warranty malfunction.

I understand the rates, even though I was not there during the old times but I guess the dents were far more difficult to make. Making only FFSA is such a pain in the ass.
And I might be able to grind out 1 bil maybe in a months time . Given that if I can get into Itani space with my current character and grind the money xD

Just to add to the discussion...the price you pay for an item will largely depend on how urgently you need the item. You can save credits if are patient and wait for a deal to pop up. If you need or want the item urgently....you may find that only one person is available to sell, and the price is less of an issue. You could also be fat on credits and not care about 10-20 mil here and there....so it may be worth it to pay more to get the parts faster.
