I Elijah o'Lorkane LT of BOAT, with the authority of High grand imperial king CEO Chumboat, claim the system Helios! After consulting with a fine Cigar I have opted to rename this bland, boring and otherwise useless system to Boatania! Serco can suck a lemon and Aeolus can suck something else.

New laws in Boatania:
1 The Aeolus Ligh Behemoth has now become the registered property of BOAT.
2 All entrants into Boatania must be carrying at least one item of Alcohol, flying without alcohol is
forbidden
3 Helios must now be referred to as "Boatania" referring to Boatania as anything else is forbidden.
4 Carrying data pads or any object that carries any kind of knowledge is forbidden.

Since when is Hel*cough*i mean Boatania Serco space? With the exception of one sector the rest seems very grey. Helboatania is as Serco as Ukari is UIT.

I visited Boatania today on business. It was quiet and wonderful. I appreciate that you would decide to spruce the place up a bit and change the name. Much better than Helios, that drab old forgotten system next to that one nation... (I always forget their name... I dont know, they have pink skin or somesuch.)

Although I missed seeing any BOAT pilots, I left a few crates of serco ale on the doorstep from Ukari.
