The sovereign nation of Boatania disagrees with pirate hunting guilds that will likely die very quickly. As a neat little bit of information Piracy: the illegal practice of attacking and robbing ships at sea, doesn't apply to the sovereign nation of Boatania. Boatania has no laws against shooting non-BOAT personal for monetary gain. We can't fit the definition of a pirate because we are legally sanctioning ourselves. Therefore SCRP would, in fact, be invading an independent nation if they decided to "hunt pirates" within our beautiful borders.

Also, SCRP would be pirates if they attempted to attack any BOAT sanctioned personal, as they wouldn't be operating within the legal parameters when within the borders of Boatania.
