[Gfur] new management
I'll be not-so-pleased to inform you that I have become the new CO of the Galactic Furs, in place of ATC Scout, who will be taking an extended break from VO.
With guild ownership comes a responsibility to look after its members, and i was recently made aware of the fact [gfur] players have been targetted and attacked. Whether this was within the right of the party or not i dont know, but i will have to suspend recruitment until I have talked with the other guild heads about securing [gfur]'s place.
I understand that some of the animosity over the past few months towards [gfur] may have been caused by a number of things, but I ask that you keep an open mind and speak with me about your troubles, rather than attack our pilots, many of whom are newer than you are; many of whom have recently left the training sectors, and looked for a place for camarade.
I also ask this of the pirate guilds:
[Gfur] is a collective of like-minded people, but we are not organised. Anyone bearing the tag of [gfur] is not covered by a guild-promoted payment plan (as of this time); I ask that you treat any pilot bearing the [gfur] tag as you would an unguilded pilot.
Regarding [gfur]'s direction and recruitmemt policy:
To date, [gfur] has been a guild lacking an agenda other than as a pavilion where like-minded people may gather; no guild can last without some direction, however. Besides my wish to assist new players reach higher potential, however, i will be leaving that open to the members of the guild to fully decide.
Also, [gfur] has only recruited animal roleplayers (furries) into its ranks, whether it be a named subject or a symbolic one. While we encourage such roleplay, i beleive that any productive or peaceful role player should be allowed into the guild. this too shall be talked over with members of the [gfur]s, but i hope we can throw open the doors to many more people in the vendettaverse.
I must thank ATC Scout for striving to lead the [gfur] through many hardships, and hope that he enjoys his leave of VO.
I must also thank Mitilades II, who has continued to support this guild through rough patches, and brought to my attention ATC's leave of absence. Should he accept, i will be making Mitilades my Lt. for his dedication to [gfur]

going to be honest i did not see that coming, i thought Mitilades II would be commander. when were you ever a furrie roleplayer luxen?
