sabb never said he didn't offer swarms. He said he did not offer them in a starter kit. Players who ask for specific gear, get what they request. We call it "helping" them. Nowhere in that screenshot does sabb say anything about a starter kit.

This is irrelevant blubbering and an excuse to shoot at the space medics because your combat skill is too low to shoot at targets that may fire back.

Get good and drop this. EMS deserves respect for what they do. They fly to locations of mobile newbies who may not log in ever again just to repair them because those newbies are too lazy to get into the station and spend a few credits. This is great commitment. Give it some respect.

If you boom EMS enough times I might be inclined to boom you till you rage quit VO. I do think you are a Yoda alt as the name seems familiar, but I hope I'm wrong.

You are wrong. Ill be booming him too, already had to give up my stash of FFSA to help with EMS losses, losses that I helped them with to begin with.

Even if EMS went to Dau L-10 and dropped Swarms for each noob (Which they don't) it shouldn't bother you. You can dodge swarms right? What's the big deal?

They'll go to Grey and VOID or EDIT will kill 'em.

Honestly I think giving the newbie mobile players swarms and whatnot is a good idea. It might encourage them to increase their lisence levels in order to unlock the swarms themselves. It might actually contribute to players deciding to stay for more than an hour. In the long run they might even sub. It's like an EMS butterfly effect.

When I first started playing I wanted to quit after 45 minutes because of how toxic Channel 100 seemed, but a few nice players gave me advice and someone gave me a starter kit with some Gauss 3's and I was HOOKED. I don't really use gauss often anymore but the politeness of a few people is what kept me playing. And now I'm subbed.

Am I missing something? Why in the world would a player that has the license to equip swarms need someone to give them to him? They aren't like a mega-posi that doesn't have a license restriction.

Further who defined EMS as having a guild stance against facilitating new players having a better experience early on in VO combat? Is it part of their guild charter? If not, who is anyone else that is not EMS to say what EMS is supposed to do and not do?
