Anyway, first, thanks everyone for the fighting. It was almost vintage, everyone got some kills, everyone should walk away happy :P

Second, after a good bit of Boda & Wash being outnumbered, Wash stopped showing up for a bit. So I switched to Red Smittens so it would be 2v5 instead of 1v6. This was my mistake, as Boda later clarified (with lasers) he preferred 1v6 to better practice. Fair enough, it is great practice, and we should always respect pilots who want to get better! Also turned out there were some allies on the way, so the help was quickly rendered unnecessary... and also Fraspex kept shooting me in the back so it was pretty clear the only furballing would need switching back

Third... Blaqk, Boda, Dirty Smurf, Fraspex are all people I personally saw running from fights to jump out or dock with a trident when low on health/ammo. I imagine everyone else was doing it too. So you should all quit crying about it. That's just how VO is now, and if you don't like it, you can personally make the decision to fight to the death... but everyone has lost the right to whine about others doing it

And for the record, I did try to do it too once (late in the fighting, after throwing in a couple Valks & a number of Corvults for everyone's stats).... but Raktar was relentless and popped me anyway. I had to laugh. Well done Raktar
