Yesterday, [ONE] commander "BigNasty" attacked our station at Latos I-8. Previously to that event, we had been attempting to reach their leadership, waiting for them to come online.
We believe that [ONE] though being well aware that we claimed to be neutral, and have control over the Latos system, wanted to strike I-8 in purpose to prevent us from establishing a neutral, peaceful ground.
After consulting our Minister of Defense, Bewmy, Prime Minister Piment declared state of war upon the Republic, against its oppressors, the Serco nationalist guilds [ONE] and [RED] which today took part on a major offensive against I-8.
It has also been stated that [VOID], [TGFT] and any other guilds fighting against our enemies of the state will be contacted to establish alliances to improve coordination in defenses and attacks.
"This is not what I wanted. If ONE could have only been more reasonable, we could have established, for the first time, a neutral territory, where man could solve their issues through talking, others could trade without being harmed and much more! But this is what they forced us to do, and this is what they'll have."
[ONE] and [RED] ships have lost their right to be apart of this peace, and their ships will be shot on sight by the Latos Defense Force.

Get your facts straight. The fact is that nobody can be forced into an alliance with any other guild.
You immediately declare your alliance with TGFT and VOID as soon as you are attacked. Any proper neutral guild would renounce such an alliance. Look at TRI's lengths to say that they do not accept any alliances whatsoever.
RoL must be just an attempt to create a series of VOID/TGFT allied guilds to combat the so-called "13 guild federation".

It makes me proud to report that for the first time since I started flying my own ship, I survived an encounter with a pirate. The psychopath launched missiles at me, but I managed to duck behind a roid and escape.
This sudden increase in hostilities has convinced me that I need to look for defense training, though. The universe is less peaceful than I had expected.

Even with greenwalls amended version, RoL doesn't even publicly attempt to be properly neutral. They clearly don't have an idea what's actually required.

capt'n blood got salty as shit after we blew his goliath up so he paid ahead 500 millions to VOID so they could disband our guild, so we decided to merge with VOID. problem solved ;)
