I deciphered the lua code.
Fluffy is correct, it is 100% an alt finder. It operates by pm'ing the result to Xeha. It clearly says "Xeha" in the function for pm'ing.
It looks to me that Xeha is in denial mode. Naughty Xeha got caught with a hand in the cookie jar, now he's denying he wanted a cookie. "No no, I'm trying to slap a fly buzzing around in there."

ima talk about it with lani. but i doubt that he sent it, as it wouldnt make sense to send a list of alts to someone that isnt even online (me).
Same goes to you xeha devs door is open for you if you think pandoram is scammer or if you want to make him bann cuz he scammed your regular customer sieger !!

What it does is it takes char values from 't' table and appends it to 'c' string and executes the stuff in 'c' as lua statements.
You can check what the 'c' would contain in a lua console, like this:

The last line is what it does. It concatenates the names of your characters with a checksum and sends it to "Lanigiro Elbbarcs" as PM.
Here is also what I was chatting with Axelerations. He asked a way to prove he is not pandoram. I didn't find any other way than this :)
