If it creates "forceful drama" so be it, but public embarrassment in these cases is perhaps most effective. If I was to report him through the normal authoritative channels he gets a slap on the wrist, with a warning not to use that type of language or epitaphs in-game, all under the table. This way, the repercussions from his rant go much deeper. He's publicly shown as a racist and a bigot to the entire online community, and hopefully will clean up his act in the future, now that his true colors have been so readily shown.

I agree support tickets are preferable to posting inflammatory subject matter. However, I respect A-Dawg's choice to publicly out this ignorant bigot. No one should have to accept being talked to in that manner, particularly when trying to enjoy a recreational activity such as this game.

Nah. The developers have taken acts of racism very seriously. I remember various cases when somebody took it too far. And those people were never seen again. They ban them. They just don't tell us that they did it.
I'm not defending the guy. I believe he should be banned. There's no place for racism in VO. But who cares about being "publicy shamed" in an online game? No one cares about what a few childish adults playing a space MMO think or about who they try to "shame", sorry (lol). He probably doesn't even KNOW this thread exists most likely. Very few of the mobile people look here. Solve the case by taking the logs, sending them in and then watch him disappear.
