Sometimes I remember how things where in VO. All the good fighters and trouble makers. BOAT was a notable name. Perhaps FAMY. Man it was fun when edras and latos where always camped. I miss ichomi Hated Ghost and so many others. What about EDIT? They where really fun guys who I never understood gave the good fight. Grey is most part empty. Things are quiet. It beats me. Just from my viewpoint.

Times have changed in VO. I'm too old and worn out these days. It's just me and the rubble left of the old days.

I say this relaxing on the planet Itan sipping a bottle of Deneb rum. Watching VO unfold in to its new powerhouses

Do any of you guys miss the old powers? The old vets. I do. I miss all the fun serco vets I fought. I miss the UIT pirates even the rouge Itani.

As for ONE and ITAN? It's that ONE farms deneb more then Itan. Itan farms more then ONE Same ole same ole. I mean it never gets old and it gets toxic quick ;)

I have an even longer view and can tell you that as the sun sets on old power players, new ones appear. Realistically, VO has been around a very long time and few players are going to stay engaged and relevant for years on end.

Was BOAT really ever notable?

They had numbers back then. chumboat was notiable and some others.

Today they just died off. Nother fad all the vets join. Then when the steam ends they leave. OR keep an alt in it who knows.

I always thought of BOAT and EDIT as joke guilds.

Unless your guild goes to the effort of branding itself and publishing a manifesto how can we know its a real group of players and not some project guild Greenwall made in his spare time to troll his enemies.

logging in I do miss the furballs of deneb D-10 but that said the game is in a pretty good state atm.

Everytime I log in it takes me less than 5 minutes to find some GF's around B8 and overall the universe seems more lievely than it ever has despite it being populated with a bunch of android/iOS players that couldn't shoot the nose off an orun collector at 5 paces.

Agreed @ Lord~Spidey. Love all the noobs that choose to have malfunctioning components.
