Subject: Consulate Openings

Be it known that three Consulars have taken up station in all three major nation spaces: Itan, Serco, and UIT.

Consular Oston-Wo Basha (Dau K-10)
Consular Esandis Isunala (Itan K-11)
Consular Rakota Odanelen (Sol II I-13)

These Consulars are empowered to grant novice pilots 50,000 credits in funds to further their training and advancement. Additionally, any pilot whose licenses are at or below level five will be provided free startup packs upon request:

2 - High Density Mining Beams
3 - Ineubis Raven Ion Blasters
3 - Mega Positron Blasters
3 - Plasma Annihilators
2 - Ultra Charge Power Cells

Channel 419 has been established to hail an [#OSS] pilot for assistance and communicating tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP's). Travel advisories and threat warnings will also be issued on this channel. Also, said Consulars will, from time to time, issue system wide communications mirroring broadcasts on Channel 419.
