Wild Expedition will begin on Thursday, November 20th at 3 PM CST (2100 game time), and repeat weekly thereafter.

- The Science Officer carries valuable items
- You may defend the expedition or raid it as a pirate
- Defenders should remain with the expedition
- Hostile NPC pirates may attack at intervals
- If the expedition is successful, defenders will be rewarded
- If the Science Officer dies, the killing pirate will be rewarded

Gunslinging! Intrigue! Murder on the wild frontier! Corvus Prime has commissioned a scientific expedition into the reaches of lawless Grayspace to study mineralogical and gravitational phenomena. Due to the hostile climate, pilots are called to bring any ship along this dangerous expedition. The Science Officer will be onboard a specially reinforced Behemoth Heavy. The target sectors will be announced when the expedition departs. If the Science Officer survives, pilots who have remained alongside will be rewarded with credits, experience and Corvus faction points, and a leaderboard rank. If the Science Officer dies, the pilot who made the kill will be rewarded with a larger credit and experience bonus and a leaderboard rank.
