Mining Gauntlet
Mining Gauntlet will begin on Wednesday, December 10th, 2025, at 5 PM CST (2300 GMT) in Latos and repeat weekly thereafter
- Four waves of Collector types warp in, followed by a wave of TyCorps, and a special final wave
- The Collectors will mine until they are attacked
- If you make a ‘clean kill’ in the first five waves you will earn an experience bonus
- If the final wave is cleared within the time limit, pilots who have made a clean kill will receive a large bonus
- If you remain in the heart of the action, you will earn a leaderboard rank
- Additional prizes are available at higher ranks
A series of Collector swarms have targeted an asteroid location in Latos. Orun, Kannik, Dentek, and Artemis waves will warp in one after the other and begin to mine. As soon as they are attacked, they will turn to fight all pilots present. Valuable ore and other items may be found among their wreckage. The fifth wave will consist of TyCorp Assaults. Any pilot who makes a ‘clean kill’ (scoring 100% damage) on one of these bots will receive an experience bonus. The final wave will be a specially timed challenge which, if cleared in time, will grant any pilot who has scored a clean kill a larger bonus. Remaining in the heart of the action for the duration of the event will result in a leaderboard rank and an additional credit prize. Larger credit prizes are available at higher ranks.
