Guild Name: USDS
Guild Commander: Azyryayix Gyarz

Notes:
-USDS is a multi role "Neutral" guild aiming to teach new players about the game of Vendetta Online.
-Bilingual
-Commander 2 years of experience
-Allied with $L!P
-Discord Server

First Contact:
Approached by *REDACTED* to handle a situation with current USDS, former TGFT, Achilliesupreme after a situation unfolded and his banter on 100 became a problem. This was when USDS came to our radars. Furthermore we were approached by *REDACTED* to further investigate their guild.

INVESTIGATION:
Upon our investigation we have dug up many things that the guild USDS has been hiding. USDS have been found of misinformation and lying on their so called neutrality

Current active agents on mission

1. The spread of misinformation-

USDS has been a host for new and upcoming players. They typically recruit spanish speakers however they are bilingual. In our investigation we have embedded multiple agents in their guild to test their security and the information given to these new players. Everything was looking great until one of the agents asked a simple question "How can I level up my combat?". That question was then followed up by a guide to mission sets that did not help the agent whatsoever in their goal. The commander Azyryayix Gyarz gave the agent undercover a mission set that provides little xp in the game. After 2 years of experience how can a commander of a guild that is supposed to help new players give misinformation on a simple guide to leveling up combat?

USDS also supposedly conducts trade lane pirate freeing operations. However in the past week of investigating and monitoring no mercenary work has been offered to anyone except for the recent mercenary offer of player former USDS Arturus. Not only that but new players joining the guild are not told about this upon joining the guild. As new players you obviously lack the level of combat Player versus Player to sign up for this kind of work, but the commander continues to bring new players in without letting them know what they are getting into.

2. Lies of their Neutral State

USDS partake in a neutral pact. The only reason they attack is during events, consensual PvP, provoked, and supposedly hunting pirates. However upon investigation it became apparent that USDS has been listing various names of individuals and even the famous trading guild TGFT as enemies on their communication channels. This raises the question are they really neutral? The post is still up nor has it changed since posted threatening the safety of TGFT members and other individuals. The list is proof they are not neutral. They are willing to make this post to their members, which means they are willing to follow through.
(EVIDENCE LISTED AT BOTTOM)

ACTIONS TAKEN:

After our findings we have decided to take action upon the guild USDS in order to stop the guild from continuing its current operations. We embedded multiple agents to conduct operations within the guild. *REDACTED* has taken their ability to fund their operation through their bank. We have decided to spread that back out to the economy of Vendetta Online through various merchants, traders, and even pirates to boost the economy. Furthermore part of their funds have gone to our agents and the organization to continue operations in the galaxy.

CONCLUSION:
We do not know what will happen with USDS, but further actions will be taken in order to guide new players to better guilds prosper in the galaxy. We ask members of USDS to consider their choices and all other players looking at the guild. However we do encourage USDS to reform itself before recruiting anymore to players. Time will tell.

Regarding the post:

A member abused personal trust and temporary withdrawal privileges to remove funds from the guild bank. The security permissions have already been reconfigured, and internal protocols have been updated.

USDS operations, member training, and recruitment continue as usual.

The referenced 'evidence' consists merely of a standard bank log from an abused privilege, and out-of-context logs of reported hostile players.

And what a mistake to confuse the prestigious TGFT with a parody pirate guild like TFGT

Fly safe.

It would be advised to halt further operations.

Furthermore new evidence show that you as the commander has stated to plot against the large guilds. Upsetting the balance in the galaxy. (Evidence below)

If further operations continue we will continue to find you and any USDS members. We advise your members to join other guilds to save themselves from the pain you are about to put them through.

I'm not a member of USDS, but what I can say in the time I've known Azryayix and USDS is that they're not who [C!A] is making them out to be.

English is not Azry's first language. There have been times where his statements were mistranslated and didn't reflect what he meant to say. Even if that wasn't the case here, looking at the timestamp of the message, his statement in the screenshot was one that he made during the early days of his guild when he was still figuring out its identity. Anyone who has started a guild knows that one's mind can be filled with ambitions that may or may not be realistic, or even desirable, in the long-term. Said ambitions can and often do change over time. I suspect such a sentiment (if one existed at all) was due to frustration over guild politics, and not one of malice.

Since that time, Azryayix has spent a lot of time in the community of Vendetta Online. He regularly participates in community events and has established a rapport with many players, both new and old alike. He's had occasional disagreements with certain players, but I do believe that this is a result of misunderstandings and miscommunication rather than anything he instigated. His way of communicating might seem odd at times, and I've seen players pick on him because of this. Despite this, in my experience, Azryayix has always meant well. He has consistently demonstrated that he does not attack other pilots other than in self-defense or consensual PvP, and is always eager to help new players.

Also of note is that USDS has attracted many Spanish-speaking players. In a game largely dominated by English-speaking players, I imagine that many would feel lost and alienated if not for the efforts of Azryayix and USDS, who have given these players a sense of belonging and community. Everything that I have seen suggests that he is trying to build a welcoming guild without conflict.

This thread and the continuing efforts by [C!A] and related actors to discredit USDS do not come across as a good-faith service to the community, but rather to push a personal agenda. To frame "The guild gave sub-optimal advice" as "The guild is spreading misinformation" is a blatant misrepresentation. It could have been a mistake, something based on outdated information, or a misunderstanding of the question. Additionally, a neutral guild can have a list of enemies while still remaining neutral. The two are not mutually exclusive. As already noted by Azryayix, the "TFGT" (Note the spelling) listing in their list of enemies refers to the parody pirate guild ("Tacos, Fuegos, Guerras, Tortas"), not the well-established trading guild, TGFT. It is worth noting that the evidence presented here is weak compared to the conclusions drawn, which appear to be largely based on personal opinion.

A player known by the pseudonym "Arturus" infiltrated USDS, gained the trust of Azryayix, and stole the guild's entire bank balance. Even if USDS had internal security weaknesses, the responsibility for exploiting them still rests with the individual who committed the theft. The theft was framed in this "report" as justified, in order to "boost the economy." Why was theft the appropriate response? Why not simply publish your findings without stealing from them? What does "REDACTED USER" define as the economy? Their own personal funds? Their guild's? If they genuinely meant the VO economy as a whole, what authority do they have to determine that it needs a sudden influx of funds, especially that of stolen credits? In my own opinion, this crime, as it should be called, was completely unjustified. Futhermore, claims from any person or organization that demonstrate they are willing to use deception and manipulation to achieve personal gain or strategic goals should not be taken at face value, and should be supported by independent evidence.

For those of you who do not personally know Azryayix, I implore you to get to know him and form your own opinion, rather than relying on any of the claims stated here, regardless of who says them. To the current members of USDS, I hope you will continue to support your guild despite these events. And to anyone considering joining USDS: Judge them by their actions and your own experiences rather than by anything you see here.

Fly safe, pilots! o7

Just because an action is permissible in-game does not mean it is immune to criticism. :P
