It's sad, really...

Both of these guilds have lost the ability to make any council decisions; Black Lance has three council members (out of 7) that are likely all on one account and will never be used again, and the Corsairs only have 4 Council members. This puts both of them below the limit of 5.

For all our lack of numbers we would be more than glad to come blow you up.

Maybe we should just reuse the one from the Corsairs. That was a pretty good guild description.
