In his eagerness, my Applicant Liaison is slightly mistaken. Not everyone who joins before we become an official guild is guaranteed a council spot. We choose our council members carefully, to make sure that we find the right person for the right job.

However, recruits do have advantages once their application is voted on by our guild, and again when the council votes them in from recruits to full members.

My Applicant Liaison is correct, we are infact looking for the right people to fill certain council spots, once they have joined our guild and gone through our 'trial' period.
