the SAF is gone??

BLAH!
a few weeks ago, SAF won 5 out of 6 CTCs.
up until 2-3 hours before this last CTC ended, it was basically tied.
then the SAF just stopped playing.

they could easily have won, if they had simply stuck around.
several of the convoys had only 2 or 3 itani defenders/attackers who had only low/moderate skill.

if they really want it to be 'fair'... you have to make alot more same than the 'length of route'... like the fact that there is a 'dual return route' for serco, one thru UIT/helios, the other thru grayspace/sercospace.

Hmm? Oh well. I'm sure SAW will spring up. Or maybe SDF will return. Someone will rise to challenge IDF and IA. Vendetta goes in cycles- first Blue had the advantage, then Gold, then Red for a long time, then Blue for a little while, then Serco, then Itani, then Serco, then Itani, etc.

ananzi, most of us had to log off at the time we disbanded, Lin had allready logged, and others had real life to deal with. we logged off for the same reason most of the itani ctc players logged, it was time to do so. we were allready planning to disband, so we just went ahead and did it.
I wont be posting in this thread or any other SAF related thread again, we were planning to just quietly close up shop and go back to playing vendetta.
Some of us are choosing to no longer participate in the CtC, but the guild was closed for far more reasons than just that. those reasons are the private concern of the leader, councilmembers and lieutenants involved, and will remain that way.
