Just a question to ask, if you guys played other space combat games(not the ones where you control starships like in Astar-trek), what other type of this games do you people usually play??

For me, I played, Jumpgate(mmopg), Freelancer, Starlancer, and AneOfAngels(another mmopg).

First Person Shooters: Freespace, all the X-Wing games, Vegastrike
Strategy: Homeworld, Homeworld: Cataclysm, Star Wars Rebellion

EV, EVO, and EVN, plus Frozen Heart for EVO and Polycon for EVN. Can you tell I like the EV series? :P Other than those, none that I can think of off the top of my head...

except if you rule Imperium Galactica 2 as one of them :D

I played X-Wing for a while. Tried going back to it the other week: those graphics aren't as good as I remember.
I lost a week because of EVO (my entire half-term break, gone :( )
All the EV games and TCs (especially the Empire series) are great fun.

I know the way you feel about graphics... I used to think the ones in Quake were good... Then I tried it again when I was older... BLEH...

I liked THGTTG text based game, it takes mostly in space and a bug blatter beast trys to kill you!

Pyro, you should get a new ibook, 900mhz and 60gb drive!, i bet the powerbooks are going to get updated soon.

For that much? I'd rather spend my hard earned money on an NEC 1760V (lcd display wih 16 ms pixel response), a radeon 9800 pro with 256 megs ram, a canterwood 3 ghz, and a bunch of other stuff... *drool*
