A CDL driver is held to the same standards in their personal car as they are in their big truck. One example: crossing a railroad while the hangers are down isn't illegal for someone with a class C license, however it is a ticketable offense if you've got a CDL despite it being the same personal car. (CDL is a commercial drivers license)
