I made a pie. A banana cream pie. A tasty, delicious, whipped-topping-topped pie. Like a proud father, it was my long banana, my delicious pudding and my tasty, creamy dairy topping that allowed it to become one, to brew and change and solidify in the womb of my refrigerator.
