After you've plotted a course and are back into your regular HUD view, press the warp jump key and navcomp key simultaneously. If your timing is right you'll get the regular third person animation of the ship warping, but with the HUD turned on. You'll see that the ship goes 500 m/s during warp. Not sure how accurate that is. But anyway that's just something stupid you can play around with if you're bored.

I'm pretty sure We'll see Vendetta for Xbox 360 before we see them fix this.
