I was just perusing the CtC stat page, eager to see my own name there for the very first time, when I noticed that only Serco received surplus this week. Is it only the losing nation that gains surplus Xithrite (would kinda make sense, as the other nation would use all their ore in the neutron mk3's), is this a CtC bug, or only a web page rendering error?

no, only the loosing nation gets a surplus.. its designed to give a handicap to the side that lost in an attempt to keep the n3's from being dominated by one group.

The footnote at the bottom of the page explaining the surplus could probably be worded better. It's rather confusing right now.

"The surplus is 20% of the total score (including any previous surplus) of the losing nation from the previous week, and is added to the current week's score for that nation."

hery, could we get a legend/key for the UIT capture stats while we're at it? I can't tell you how long I spent puzzling over who was delivering whose voys to whom...

RP reason is that the nation that "lost" has cargo left over from the "losing" week as they did not have to put the cargo into N3 production as the "winning" nation had to do. Thus they have a little more and no N3s.
