I was wandering into sedina b-8 and noticed that all the escorts for the tradeship npc's were frozen...just sitting there not moving at all as soon as i shot one i lagged then all the sudden every escort was on me. Also someone in my guild said that all the moths were alone and he was over in dau. Has anyone else noticed?

[EDIT]Also I noticed anytime i engage anything i get a jolt of lag or anytime something get's destroyed. My ping is also fine when this happens, could this be congestion from the escorts?
