I was experimenting with different video modes, and I came across one that isnt compatible with either my monitor or my card. THe screen goes blank and says "Video Mode Not Supported" in the monitor text.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail, same problem.

Surely this can be fixed.

Find your Vendetta installation and delete the file named config.ini.
