May be someone can help me. I can not increase trade and mining xp, after I have reached 4 lvl in both. I have taken a few new missions, and in mission logs there is a note about new xp, but factually in "character" it is not. But in combat activities I can increase xp. What is the problem?

Free and Lite accounts are capped at level 4. If you want to to beyond level 4, you will need to get a full subscription.
