This also works with plasma anni (gauss + plasma are almost everywhere 0 license requirement) and almost all others. I didnt try all stations tough. It might work with every item with the correct station combined.

Actually no. You cannot equip pretty much anything without the licence reqs just because a station doesn't sell them.

L-mines, swarms, Posis, Neuts, Gemini's, Flares, etc etc. Go try it. In fact the only items you can equip are Guass Mk3, HD/HE Beams, Ravens and XGX, and Plasma Anni's (not TPG Sparrows tho).

It's the inconsistency that screams bug to me. I could be wrong about it being a bug of course! But I am not wrong that it cannot be done with most weapons. All of the weapons that can be equipped have been added after release.

If it is a bug, it should be fixed. Either make it so all weapons can be equipped if not sold, or so none can be. I'd prefer the first option, to be honest.

Could you just post as Death of Rats on this one yoda? It'd be helpful for consistency's sake.
