So for over a year now (lol) I have been having this problem on my android tablet where if I switch my video settings scaling to full, it messes up my turning and moves it above the turning circle slightly. I finally posted a report about it now because I didn't know you could do this type of stuff before and when I did, I was already using a controller by then so it wasn't a big problem for me.

What's your tablet's screen resolution?

1024 x 600, I believe.
