Unable to log in to game server

Dec 26, 2016 RecMech link
For the last 2 weeks I have been unable to log in through my home Wi-Fi network, but have no problems with other networks at friends or relatives homes through their network, even can log in OK on free store or shopping centre networks but not at home. Can you suggest a solution as 90% of my log-ins would be from home. We are running ADSL2 through our Telstra phone line & I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 using Android.

Check your antivirus software to ensure that it is not blocking vendetta.rlb or some other Vendetta file. You may need to make a custom exception. The quickest check is to momentarily disable your anti-virus and try to run the game. If it launches then you know what to do.

Already checked that & then uninstalled to be sure. Anyway the antivirus had been installed & working without any dramas for 18months. Still no joy, cannot understand why it will work elsewhere but not at home when nothing seems to have changed.

After you attempt to connect and fail, please send us your errors.log file located on your device at Android/data/com.guildsoftware.vendetta/files/errors.log

We did change how the server name resolution works and maybe it caused an incompatibility with your setup. Does your home wifi support IPv6?

I can find that file on my device but how do I send it to you ? One thing I just remembered, this problem seemed to happen just after I mounted a micro sd card to help out with storage as my on board was becoming tight. My wife uses I-pad, would that indicate compatibility with the programme you mentioned, if that is not relevant how do I find out ? Thanks for your help, I had the exact same problem & symptoms with another game abt 14months ago & in the end became so frustrated I killed it off entirely.

You can email the file to support@guildsoftware.com
VO is available for the iPad with iOS 10 installed, if that's what you mean.

E-mail sent, the reason I asked about I-pad was that my wife using hers might indicate if our home network was compatible.

We released an update today that we're hoping would help the connection issues.
If it doesn't help, we also added an option in the Network Settings called 'IPv6 Support' that you should try setting to 'Disabled'. It is enabled by default.
