Vendetta goes weird right after undocking
Yeah the images go all squarish and stuff right after I undock or log in. (If I'm not docked at the time) Here's a screenshot. I'm in sector 4.

It looks like you lose textures.
If you're in Windows, try Alt-Entering into window mode and then back to fullscreen mode. That may reload the textures properly.
What does your directx8.log file say when this happens? (only in directx mode) or your openglerr.log? (if you're in opengl mode)
If you're in MacOS X then try switching texture res and see if it reloads properly.

Oh wow... that is quite a fascinating view of the universe.
Yeah I have that problem on one of my other machines... I'll go get the specs when I get a chance.
coooool....
It has happenned to me as well. It usually happens when I turn the texture res. all the way up. I guess my vid. card. can't handle it or it's a driver issue.
Makes me think of playing vendetta on an i845 vid card... end up with little moire patterns all over the screen, no background images, and stations that randomly appear and disappear from sight :) Such a wonderous experience...
Yes, hooray for video cards with poor drivers.
