Vendetta is in windowed mode.

Everything is slow. Stations take 5 seconds to show up, sectors take on avg 20 seconds to load (normal is 2-5). My ping has jumped to a point where combat is impossible. Buyback takes 10 seconds to show up. When I logged in, it took 30 seconds to load sector 11 for the first time. Oddly enough, FPS is unaffected.

If framerate has not been affected, try looking into your ISP and see if your bandwidth is having problems.
There are some web sites that have bandwidth testing applets.

Not quite what I bought but pretty spiffy for gaming. Minimus has a mac as well, I believe, and reported similar slow-downs.
